Gandalf ("we","us","our") respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use Gandalf Builder (the"Service").

• Account information: email, name (if provided during registration or login).
• Usage data: posts you generate, topics you enter, copy actions, feedback.
• Style training examples: the posts you upload to train Gandalf (stored securely and used only for your style replication).
• Payment data: handled by Lemon Squeezy (we never store card details).

3. How we use your information

• To provide and improve the Service (generate posts in your style).
• To process payments via Lemon Squeezy.
• To send service updates and support messages (rarely).
• To analyze usage and improve Gandalf (anonymized).

4. Sharing your information

We do NOT sell your data.

• We share with Lemon Squeezy only for payments.
• We may share anonymized usage data with analytics tools (PostHog) to improve the product.
• We may disclose data if required by law.

5. Data storage & security

Your training examples are stored in Supabase (encrypted at rest). We use secure hosting (Vercel) and HTTPS everywhere. You can delete your examples or account at any time.

Opt-out of analytics — disable in settings or email us.

7. Changes to this policy
