1. Introduction

By using Gandalf Builder ("Service"), you agree to these terms.

2. Service description

Gandalf is an AI writing tool that learns your style from examples and generates posts for LinkedIn and X. We provide 15 free generations on signup. Additional generations are purchased via one-time packs.

3. User responsibilities

• You must be 16+ to use the Service.
• You are responsible for all content you generate and publish.
• Do not use Gandalf for illegal, harmful, or spammy content.
• Do not abuse the Service (e.g., spam generation).

4. Payments

• All purchases are one-time (no subscription).
• Prices: $0.99 (+80 gens), $1.99 (+150 gens), $3.99 (+400 gens).
• Unused free generations burn on the 1st of each month.
• Payments processed by Lemon Squeezy. We do not store payment details.
• No refunds except as required by law.

5. Intellectual property

You own the content you generate. We own the Gandalf AI model and code.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for abuse or violation of these terms. You can delete your account anytime.

7. Limitation of liability

We provide the Service"as is". We are not liable for any loss or damage from use.

8. Changes to terms

We may update these terms. We'll notify you for material changes.
